- From 3 to 1 month prior to arrival: 70% of the reservation value
- 1 month prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation value
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, you will still be charged for the entirety of your booked stay!

When we embark on a journey, something can always happen. With our cancellation insurance you are financially insured. According to EEC regulations, a delayed departure, cancellation or interruption of your stay may result in penalties being imposed on  you. To avoid such expenses, we suggest you take out travel cancellation insurance. In such cases, L'Europäische would assume these costs.

With your understanding we would like to inform you that pets are not allowed in the wellness centre, the breakfast and dining room. Your four-legged friend may however accompany you to THE LAURIN BAR for a drink. Please inform us that you will be bringing your pet with you when you make your reservation.
